What it's like
- The users are drivers, and most of them are on a cheap Android on a congested connection. Every decision gets measured against that, not against a laptop on office wifi.
- It is a regulated product. What we say on a page about money is checked before it ships, and "it's just marketing copy" is not an argument here.
- The team is small enough that whoever builds a thing owns it, including the part where it breaks at eleven on a Friday.

A person answers on weekdays, from 10:00 to 15:00. Outside those hours, Kairah answers straight away, and the team picks up your message on the next working day.
